Remodels and
Room Additions
Tri-Con has done remodels and room additions to existing homes. In basements we have taken an unused area to increase the living area by adding a rec room, bathroom and additional bedrooms. The rec room area may have a fireplace or bar area for entertaining. We have also built theatre rooms off the rec room. Some people prefer to have a wine room and taster area, so these improvements are the result of our customer’s individual taste.
New Decks and Lanais or Patios
Tony says clients with existing homes are now having interest in upgrading decks with fireplaces, tile floors, screen porches, and outside media rooms. Tony knows that replacing a deck or upgrading a deck is just an extension of a family’s home living space and families are enjoying the additional space that is available without making a permanent move. Decks are available with low maintenance materials such as composite and tiger wood and handrails can be 
made of low maintenance materials or steel which can have an architectural theme as well. Tony will listen to each clients requests and offer pertinent information for a permanent and beautiful addition to their home.
Basement Finish or Outside Living Areas
Also basement remodeling, no matter how big or small is another feature Tony is doing at Tri-Con Properties. Clients can add a family room to the unused area of their basement or some clients choose to add a bar or sauna to this area.
Window and Siding replacement
Tri-Con has also been replacing windows and siding on older homes. Wood rot is a common nasty item that ages a home and the sooner it is replaced, the less expensive it is to fix. Many of our clients are finding that as soon as these items are fixed, they are finding their home more comfortable and attractive and are not as apt to move.
This time of year we have been doing siding and carpenter repairs on the exterior of existing homes before they are scheduled to be repainted.
